Take a Virtual Cheese Vacation with Cheese Journeys.
Escape the winter blues and join Cheese Journeys founder Anna Juhl and cheese writer Patrick McGuigan for an online tasting that will whisk you away to Europe's best cheese destinations.
An experienced cheesemonger in the US, Anna launched her unique travel company in 2013, taking food lovers on unforgettable cheese trips from the fromagers of Paris and the cheddar stores of Somerset to the Slow Food cheese festival in Italy and the maturation caves of the Swiss Alps.
During this one-hour tasting with the Academy of Cheese, Anna will give you a flavor of the Cheese Journeys experience, tasting cheeses from some of the amazing places she has visited with her guests over the years and telling stories of the fascinating people behind the cheeses.
Cheese writer Patrick McGuigan, who travels with Cheese Journeys on some of the trips, will ask the questions and add his own perspective on what makes the ultimate cheese odyssey.
Cheeses we will be tasting:
Dutch Goat Gouda
This box will contain 1/4 lb. of each of the above cheeses and will ship on Monday, January 29th, before the class on February 1st. Local pick-up is available; just choose your location and pick-up day and time before the class.
