We share an obsessive passion for cheese and the farmers and cheesemakers who produce it. In fact, our relationships drive everything we do. Naturally, that much passion, energy and knowledge has to be shared. We love educating customers as much as we enjoy offering up delectable goodies from around New England, and the world. We have Certified Cheese Professionals on staff, a designation given by the American Cheese Society and some of our team has competed at the Cheesemonger Invitational, a rigorous competition to test their skills and knowledge. We can teach you how to pair cheese with wine and beer or take you on a deep dive into the cheeses of France. Meet a cheesemaker and get an upfront look at cheesemaking. Challenge your palate to detect the subtleties between a fresh cheese and a bloomy one, a blue cheese and a semi-soft one. Our classes offer something for anyone who wants to learn more about cheese.
