Fra' Mani Soppressata is modeled after the sopressa Vicentina from the Vicenza province of Northern Italy. It is very coarsely cut and scented with clove and is moist and full-flavored. Paul Bertolli, the renowned chef, launched Fra' Mani Handcrafted Foods in March 2006. Their meat, chiefly pork, comes from family farmers committed to the well-being of their animals and their land. The animals are never given antibiotics, artificial growth hormones, growth-promoting agents, or meat by-products, and are raised on pasture.

We require 24 hours to receive and process orders, as we cut, wrap, pack, and ship directly from our shops to your front door.

Our online ordering system is available seven days a week, and we offer pickup at both our locations Monday-Saturday 10:30am-5:30pm
Please note we are closed on Sundays and most holidays.
