Good To Know

Every month, our cheesemongers handpick three exceptional cheeses from the small farms, creameries and importers we know and love. Each selection is tasted by us, so you can enjoy a mix of styles and milk types that we truly believe in.

Your box will be freshly prepared for collection at either Fairfield Cheese or Greenwich Cheese. Choose the 2nd Saturday or 4th Saturday when you subscribe, and your slot will repeat each month. Need to change plans? You can switch slots or skip a month through your account before the 1st, no email needed. If your collection falls on a bank holiday, we’ll email you with an alternative date.

Once collected, pop your cheese in the fridge as soon as possible, and bring a cool bag if you have a longer journey home!

Every month, our cheesemongers select three exceptional cheeses from the small farms, creameries and importers we work with, along with a complementary charcuterie. We choose a variety of styles and milk types, tasting everything ourselves and pairing each selection with quality charcuterie we know you'll love. Your monthly box is freshly prepared and ready for pickup.

How it works
Choose your collection slot when you subscribe, and we’ll make your box fresh for that day every month. Your slot stays the same until you change it, so there’s nothing to book each month. We will send out a monthly remind of the collection dates for that month on the 1st of every month.

Collection is from our Fairfield or Greenwich Store. Please bring your order confirmation.

Billing

You’ll be charged the price of your monthly subscription on the 1st of each month for that month’s box.
Because we make each box fresh to order, payment is taken before we start making cheese.
If a payment fails, we’ll email you and try again. Please update your card details in your account to avoid missing a box.

Changing or skipping

You can swap to a different collection slot, skip a month, or cancel from your subscription account.
Please make changes by the 1st of the month so we can plan production. After that, your box for the month will be made as normal.
Skipped boxes might not be refunded if past the 1st.

Bank holidays and special dates
If your slot falls on a bank holiday or around Christmas, we may move it by a week. We’ll always email you in advance to confirm the new date.

Collecting your box

Your box is made for your chosen day, so please collect it on that date.
Cheese is best kept refrigerated, and we recommend bringing a cool bag.
If you can’t make it, contact us via email or your subscription portal as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Uncollected boxes may not be be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancel before the 1st of the month.
