Made locally by Mark Gilman on his farm in Colchester, CT, Hooligan is a pungent assertive farm cheese. Hooligan is supple, creamy, funky, and full-flavored. It is one of our stinkiest cheeses. It is reminiscent of European classics like Limburger and Alsatian Munster.
