Wildfish Cannery White King Smoked Salmon

Wildfish Cannery smokes and cans wild Alaska seafood, carrying on the craft and time-honored traditions of the region in the small seaside town of Klawock, home to Alaska’s very first salmon cannery more than a century ago. Klawock, located on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska, has a population of just 796, most of whom consider fishing an essential part of life.

Wildfish was founded in 1987 and is now run by chef and grandson of the founder Mathew Scaletta, who is dedicated to melding his fine-dining background, honed in foodie paradise Portland, Oregon, with his family’s craft.

We require 24 hours to process shipping orders. Each order is carefully cut, wrapped, packed, and shipped directly from our shops.

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to help ensure perishable products arrive fresh and do not sit in transit over the weekend. Orders placed Wednesday–Sunday will ship the following Monday. Holidays and peak periods may affect processing and delivery times.

All shipments are sent via UPS Signature Release. Because our products are perishable, orders are packed to arrive within 1–2 days and are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs. Melted ice packs are normal and do not indicate spoiled cheese—simply refrigerate your order upon arrival. Please be sure you are home to collect the package from the doorstep. It cannot sit outside all day in the heat.

Please note:

• We do not ship fresh cheese, cooked meats such as pâté, spreads, or platters.
• We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or internationally.
• We only ship within the Continental United States.

We welcome walk-in customers or you can place an order ahead of time for pickup at either of our locations.

Online ordering is available 7 days a week, with pickup available Monday–Saturday from 10:30am–5:30pm. We are closed Sundays and most holidays.

Orders placed online or by phone require at least 1 hour of processing time. Platters require 24 hours’ notice. During busy periods, additional time may be needed. We are unable to provide drive-up service, so please place your order in advance.
